Challenge:-
Tharwa project scope is to develop AV facilities at its new building 5th Settlement using the latest Audio Visual systems.
Solutions:-
Our company was awarded the AV project in 2010. The project consists of large meeting room, multipurpose room, Chairman meeting room, Chairman Office, and 13 small meeting rooms which equipped with latest AV system.
Large meeting room includes audio conference system serving 30 persons, Cisco C60 video conferencing system with Full High Definition cameras, two 70″ NEC LCD Screen, EPSON Z8000 projector and screen. Crestron control system was installed to control all systems in the room, Sound system integrated with fire alarm system, and Anti fire cables.
Multipurpose room can seat up to 70 persons, this room planned to be used as training room, conference room, or theater. The room equipped with 70″ NEC LCD, Cisco video conferencing system with two cameras, EPSON Z8000 projector, Crestron control system, Sound system integrated with fire alarm system, and Anti fire cables.
Chairman office had Cisco 1700 MXP to make daily video conferencing sessions with external remote sites.
Chairman meeting room had complete presentation system and group video conferencing system.
Other 13 small meeting rooms can seat up to 10 persons. The room includes projector with screen, and Extron floor boxes.
